Catering staff may be provided for $15.00 per hour per staff member (2 hr minimum) Appropriately uniformed catering staff
- Bartenders $20.00 Per Hour
$35.00 Delivery and Set Up Fee applies to all NON-STAFFED events. (Outlying areas may require an additional fee)
A 10% non-refundable deposit is required on all caterings at time of reservation. 50% deposit due two weeks prior to event. Final payment is due on or prior to the day of the event.
A refundable deposit is required on all unattended cater ware and equipment. (Must be returned cleaned and in proper condition)
All on-site grill outs require an additional $125.00 fee. We provide grills, buffet tables, buffet table covers, grill staff, propane, driveway or surface barrier, caterer garbage removal only.
An additional (minimum) $2.00 per person service charge applied for groups less than 50.
All non-staffed catering packages include quality disposable cater ware, condiments and serving utensils. On-site (excluding weddings & banquet upgrades) catering packages and staffed events include disposable white table covers, disposable quality cater ware, chaffing dishes, stainless buffet accessories & serving utensils.
Upscale disposable patterned Classic Ware available at an additional $1.75 per guest. (Classic Ware is complimentary w/ Wedding Packages and Prime Dinner Buffet.
Wedding Package prices include buffet set up/removal, left over packaging, cake cutting, Classic Ware, rolled Classic Ware silverware, white buffet table covers, buffet skirts and coffee service. Guest table removal provided. A 15% gratuity we be acessed
